Dr. Frances Law is the heart and driving force behind Asa's Way. When her son Asa was diagnosed with autism, she was handed a binder, a list of phone numbers, and very little else. Determined to forge a better path — not just for Asa, but for every family navigating the same overwhelming journey — Frances channeled her resilience, advocacy, and fierce mother's love into building something the DFW community truly needed.

As a Doctor and CEO, Dr. Law sets the vision and values of Asa's Way: a practice rooted in dignity, clinical excellence, and radical family-centeredness. She ensures that every family who walks through the door finds the clarity, compassion, and support she once wished she had. Her guiding belief is simple — every child deserves a champion.

Bridgid McQuown

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA, LBA)

Bridgid McQuown is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst holding active licensure across Texas, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Virginia — with Minnesota licensure pending. With a Graduate Diploma in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Master of Education from Edith Cowan University in Australia, Bridgid brings an exceptional depth of clinical expertise and global perspective to every child she works with.

At Asa's Way, Bridgid oversees individualized ABA programs, provides direct supervision for RBTs, and leads parent training — ensuring every intervention is grounded in the latest behavioral science. Her experience spans ABA therapy across telehealth and in-person settings, crisis intervention, Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching, and comprehensive Skill Acquisition Program development. Bridgid holds an 8-hour BACB Supervision certification and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts while delivering measurable, meaningful outcomes for families.
